The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.
The Web Product Team oversees nordaccount.com, which is a space for our users to authorize their account, manage and control their subscriptions of NordVPN & other cyber security products from our portfolio.
As a Product Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our User Control Panel. You will work alongside the Product Owner to bring initiatives to life, ensuring that our services are not only functional but also delightful to use.

As a Product Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our User Control Panel. You will work alongside the Product Owner to bring initiatives to life, ensuring that our services are not only functional but also delightful to use.
Main Responsibilities
- Work on business and user experience discoveries side-by-side with the Product Owner, Engineers, UX Researcher and UX Writer;
- Help the team across all product life-cycle stages including framing problems, providing user-centric insights, mapping out flows, and designing interactions;
- Narrow down broad scopes and complex ideas into clear and intuitive prototypes;
- Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business, and technical considerations;
- Provide and receive feedback from fellow designers to continually raise the bar of quality and professional growth.
- At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products;
- Great communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts early, often, clearly, and persuasively;
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
- Employ both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growth;
- Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and other related fields;
- Fluency in English;
- Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work
