Job Description
As a Front-End Developer at Hercle, you'll be instrumental in creating the user interface and experience for our digital platforms. Your work will directly impact how our clients interact with our products and services, making it both intuitive and engaging.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Creating and maintaining software documentation.
- Ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and applying them in operations and activities.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in JavaScript based, enterprise-grade web application development, and 2 years of practical experience using ReactJS and Redux.
- Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring high-performance technical teams in a business context.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team of engineers with a wide variety of expertise.
- Experience with TypeScript, CSS/Sass, HTML5, NodeJS, cloud technologies (AWS) and developer toolchains (like node/npm/Grunt/Gulp/Yeoman).
- Basic understanding of infrastructure required for frontend/servers: CDN, Cloudflare or similar, web-servers.
- Experience with Azure or Atlassian version control in a production environment, with continuous integration and design patterns.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and browser technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Python and Solidity knowledge;
- DevOps experience;
- Experience in financial institutions or crypto scale ups;
- Knowledge of design tools.
