Job Description
- Responsible for e-commerce platform recommendation projects, including product mechanism design and improvement, and developing recommendation strategies based on business objectives.
- Deeply understand user behavior and needs in recommendation scenarios, analyze and continuously iterate the recommendation system to improve distribution effectiveness and optimize traffic value.
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers and data analysts to design and validate personalized recommendation algorithms, improve user experience through recommendation strategies, and enhance business competitiveness.
- Work closely with other teams to understand business needs and provide corresponding recommendation solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and combine cutting-edge deep learning and recommendation technologies to drive disruptive innovation in business processes.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of relevant product management experience.
- Experience with recommendation systems, especially e-commerce platform recommendation products.
- Experience with regional teams and products will be a plus.
- Strong logical thinking ability, able to think independently, understand, and abstract business logic.
- Data-driven, adept at using data to drive product optimization and upgrades.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and execution ability.
