Role Overview

You’ll own growth in the US market through creative hacking, strategic partnerships, and community-driven campaigns. Your mission is to turn early adopters into evangelists and unlock a vibrant network of developers, gamers, and brands.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact growth experiments (A/B tests, viral loops, referral programs) tailored to US audiences
• Source, pitch, and secure partnerships with gaming studios, influencers, accelerators, and Web3 communities
• Craft and launch collaborative activations (NFT drops, co-branded events, AMAs, Twitter Spaces) that generate buzz
• Develop and maintain a growth dashboard to track key metrics (acquisition cost, activation rate, LTV) and iterate rapidly
• Evangelize our vision at industry events, podcasts, and virtual panels to build credibility and pipeline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or biz-dev, with 2+ years in Web3, gaming, or crypto-adjacent roles
• Proven success driving user acquisition through partnerships and viral campaigns in North America
• Deep understanding of US gaming culture, influencer ecosystems, and on-chain communities
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics tools, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and celebrates small wins on the road to big goals

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience scaling an NFT project or tokenized membership program
• Established network within esports, gaming media, or Web3 accelerators
• Hands-on familiarity with Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Discord bot integrations
• Basic grasp of tokenomics, staking models, or DAO governance
