Junior IT Administrator

We’re looking for a Junior IT Administrator who can help with day-to-day administrative tasks, is passionate about technology, and eager to expand their skill set. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing critical systems, supporting end users, and learning from our experienced IT professionals.

As a Junior IT Administrator, you would join our IT Admins team, supporting and maintaining our general internal services (and making IPXO employees' work day easier).

In This Position You Will

• M365 Administration: Managing and supporting the M365 stack, including Exchange (mailbox, mail flow management), Entra (user identity management), SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Compliance tools
• Endpoint management: Intune
• Scripting and Automation: Using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to automate tasks and enhance efficiency
• User Management: Handling user lifecycle management across M365 and other third-party systems
• Security and Password Management: Assisting with access management and ensuring data security best practices
• Project Support: Participating in project management activities, working with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives, and improving our systems
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• A foundational understanding of IT systems (hands-on experience in M365 is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash (we’ll provide additional training!)
• Basic understanding of making and managing API calls to integrate systems and automate workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the company
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian
