The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

NordPass is an intuitive password manager for both business and consumer clients. It’s powered by the latest technology for the utmost security. Developed with affordability, simplicity, and ease-of-use in mind, NordPass allows users to access passwords securely on desktop, mobile, and browsers. It generates and remembers complex passwords, auto-fills logins and online forms and lets you access it all from anywhere. With NordPass you can share logins with peers and check if your accounts were breached. All passwords are encrypted on the device, so only the user can access them. NordPass was created by the experts behind NordVPN — the advanced security and privacy app trusted by more than 14 million customers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
- Own and shape the user experience for your respective part of the NordPass product
- Follow our proprietary Product Development Framework by working side-by-side not only with your Trio (Product Manager, Engineering manager, and you), but also with UX Researchers and UX Writers
- Participate and support the team throughout all stages of the product development workflow. This includes framing and validating problems, defining functional requirements, mapping out user flows, providing user-centric insights, and designing solutions to assist our customers
- Narrow down broad scopes independently and turn abstract ideas into low-fi artefacts and interactive prototypes
- Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business requirements, and technical considerations
- Participate in regular rituals and our feedback culture, by sharing your design work early and often with your peers and proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders
- You have 3+ years of experience designing (B2C or B2B) digital products which are currently live to users
- You have interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, or cryptography
- Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
- You have mastered the fundamentals of typography, colour and visual hierarchy. You understand UX principles, and information architecture
- Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
- You have collaborated closely with engineers in the past, for seamless design to development handoffs
- You can speak English effectively. You have strong written & verbal communication skills and can work well with colleagues from cross-functional teams
- You also have a portfolio showcasing your work, and your end-to-end design process
