Job Title: Network Engineer L1.

Location: Qatar. Local candidates only.

Contract Duration: 4 months.

Experience: 6 years.

Certification: CCNA certified is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network health and availability.
  • Handle L1 incidents and service requests.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, WiFi.
  • Support routers, switches, firewalls.
  • Monitor VPN connectivity.
  • Escalate issues to L2 with proper logs.
  • Follow incident and change processes.
  • Update tickets and daily status reports.

Technical Skills

  • Strong TCP IP fundamentals.
  • Hands on experience with Cisco switches and routers.
  • Basic firewall knowledge.
  • Understanding of VPN concepts.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
  • Familiar with ITSM ticketing tools.

Requirements

  • 6 years of network operations experience.
  • Currently available in Qatar.
  • Valid QID with NOC.
  • Immediate joiner or short notice.
  • CCNA certification required.

Work Conditions

  • On site role.
  • Shift support if required.
  • Contract engagement for 4 months.
