Job Title: Project Manager (Business Continuity Management)

Location: Either Stockholm or Sandviken

Job Type: Full Time (6-month fixed term)

Renumeration: 630 – 700 SEK per hour

About the Company

We are supporting a large organisation accelerating its Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programme to strengthen resilience against major incidents and cyber threats.

About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator with strong hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to plan, coordinate, and support delivery across IT and the business. This is a 6-month contract

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate BCM and Disaster Recovery activities
• Harmonise continuity and recovery plans across teams
• Facilitate workshops to build and validate DR and Major Incident plans (ServiceNow)
• Support Business Impact Assessments and IT risk assessments
• Assist with testing and validation of recovery plans

Qualifications

• Proven background in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Required Skills

• Experience with BIAs, IT risk assessments, and backup/restore planning
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Able to work independently and own defined workstreams

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience
• Background in industrial or mining environments

Pay range and compensation package

630 – 700 SEK per hour
