We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and enthusiastic Junior-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help further shape Nord Security products. If you’re passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and eager to learn and grow, keep reading.

Main Responsibilities

Transform existing visuals into performing marketing assets, including banners and other digital materials
Adapt designs for different markets while keeping them consistent with our brand
Work on multiple design tasks simultaneously, keeping up with a fast-paced environment
Work with different NordSecurity products
Assist in creating assets for multiple marketing channels: website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing, etc
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing projects
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards
Learn from experienced designers while actively contributing your own ideas
Stay up to date on design trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance our visuals

Core Requirements

1+ year of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail—you don’t miss a pixel
A collaborative mindset—you thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas
Comfort in fast-paced environments
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt
Excellent written and verbal English

What Will Make You Stand Out

Confidence working with Figma and understanding efficient design workflows

Salary range

Gross Salary 1900-2700 EUR/Month
