We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your front-end development skills in a real-world, production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development & Implementation
- Assist in developing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript following best practices
- Support the development of reusable components and UI elements
- Work closely with designers and developers to translate designs and wireframes into functional interfaces
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality
- Test and debug front-end features across browsers and devices
- Help optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and usability
- Identify and fix UI bugs and styling inconsistencies
- Stay up to date with front-end technologies, frameworks, and development trends
- Apply best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Actively seek feedback and continuously improve technical skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow as a front-end developer
- Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Exposure to build tools, task runners, or package managers
