We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver villa construction projects from initiation to handover. T

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong experience in villa or residential projects is mandatory

Preferred

• Experience in luxury or high-end villa projects
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and inspections
• PMP certification is an advantage
