Full-Stack Website Developer

We’re hiring a mid-to-senior level Full-Stack Website & Marketing Automation Developer to help build, optimize, and scale high-performing websites, landing pages, and marketing automation systems. If you care about performance, speed, SEO, and conversion (not just “making it look good”), you’ll fit right in. This is a fully remote, execution-heavy role. 

Your responsibilities - or how you’ll be spending your day.

Website Development & Customization

• Build and customize WordPress websites, primarily using Elementor (and similar builders when needed), focusing on clean structure, responsiveness, and performance.
• Develop custom Next.js websites that are fast, SEO-friendly, and production-ready.
• Work with headless CMS setups (WordPress headless, Strapi, Contentful) to deliver content via APIs with speed and flexibility.
• Customize themes and components using HTML, CSS, PHP (WordPress), JavaScript, and React, aligning builds with brand and functional requirements.
• Test websites performance and optimization to drive conversions: Clarity, Hubspot Google Analytics. 
• Front-End Development & Figma to Web
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites (WordPress and Next.js).
• Convert Figma designs into responsive email templates that render cleanly across devices and clients.
• Build interactive, performant front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

SEO, Site Speed & CRO

• Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, on-page optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Optimize site speed through image compression, caching, lazy loading, and code optimization.
• Support conversion rate optimization efforts using A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to improve funnels and landing pages.

UI/UX & Performance-Driven Design

• Apply mobile-first, accessibility-aware UI/UX principles across all builds.
• Design and optimize high-converting landing pages with clear CTAs, strong hierarchy, and performance in mind.

Your qualifications - or things you’re good at.

• Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor-heavy) and Next.js in production environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Proven ability to take Figma → live site without design drift.
• Deep respect for site speed, SEO, and conversion performance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and ship without constant oversight.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience supporting marketing automation workflows alongside website builds.
