We at Coforge are hiring Scrum Masters with following skill set:

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices across teams.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize deliverables.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.
• Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaling frameworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience in software development or project management preferred.
