Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation and execution of risk-based IT audits at the headquarters in Vienna and in our branches in Austria and Germany.
  • Evaluation of the adequacy, legality, and effectiveness of IT processes, systems, and internal control mechanisms.
  • Monitoring of supervisory and regulatory developments – including DORA and comparable EU regulations – and assessment of potential impacts on the bank.
  • Preparation of audit reports and presentation of results during closing meetings with management.
  • Follow-up and monitoring of corrective actions arising from internal or external measures.
  • Advisory support to business and IT functions by identifying weaknesses and developing improvement opportunities.
  • Use of modern audit methodologies and data analytics to increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Close cooperation with group-level audit teams on risk assessments, audit planning, and group-wide reviews.


Personal and professional competencies:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Security, IT Audit, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in IT Audit, IT Governance, or Information Security (ideally in banking or financial services).
  • Solid understanding of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST.
  • Familiarity with DORA and EU regulatory frameworks, or willingness to deepen expertise in these areas.
  • Good technical knowledge of IT architectures, networks, and cloud systems.
  • Strong analytical and structured working approach with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish; German is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are an asset.

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met EUR 3 272,23 per month, with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
