Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, recruitment, and operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with department heads and executive leadership to ensure data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key business metrics (sales performance, lead generation, recruitment KPIs, marketing ROI, etc.)
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Work closely with senior leadership and department managers to understand business needs and provide tailored analytical support
Automate data collection, validation, and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Support business planning and forecasting processes by providing historical data analysis and predictive modeling
Identify data quality issues and work with relevant stakeholders to improve data integrity across systems (CRM, ATS, marketing tools, etc.)
Provide insights on customer behavior, agent performance, property trends, and competitor benchmarking
Assist in the implementation of business intelligence tools and data infrastructure development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or strategy role (experience in real estate, property tech, or fast-paced startups is preferred)
Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Strong SQL and Excel skills; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Property Finder, or similar), Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by impact
