We – Adecco Italia S.p.A – are looking for a LEARNING COORDINATOR (non-managerial role) for an important Pharmaceutical Company.

Do you want to work in Learning & Development in an international environment? We are excited to share the opportunity to join a team of 8 learning coordinators who are all based in Rome. In this team, we are taking care of delivering all the corporate training for Europe. Each team member has one or several training projects to own from needs analysis to planning & execution.

As a Learning Coordinator, You will:

  • Lead the Europe trainings portfolio for one of the Target Audiences end-to-end: trainers’ recruitment, materials update facilitation, portfolio management, annual planning, scheduling & execution.
  • Be in charge of targeted sessions in Europe: process the requests, collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead the delivery with operational discipline.
  • Support European employees as a SPOC for learning tools available for employees.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has previous experience as a project coordinator (no specific requirement in terms of sector/industry).
  • Is fluent in Italian & in English a must, as English is the main language of work communication in this role.
  • Is fluent in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams etc.). As you will work with remote teams (=not in the Rome office), it’s important that you feel confident with the IT tools.
  • Is able to prioritize, and get organized to deliver different projects in parallel in due time.
  • Is a good communicator, who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Has demonstrated high autonomy & problem-solving skills in the previous role.
  • Basic design and analytical skills would be a plus.
