Become a Junior IT Project Manager with impact. Work with a mentor on real projects that matter!
As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will:
- Support in managing international IT projects
- Lead project planning sessions
- Co-supervise and coordinate project teams
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Schedule and prioritise tasks in projects
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Create detailed reports for stakeholders
- Conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date
- Be responsible for delivering quality solutions on time, according to budget and customer expectations.
- Studies related to management/software development engineering
- Previous experience in project management is a must have
- Polish native
- English min. C1
- Good understanding of IT industry
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Relationship building skills
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to work from the office for 6 months
