Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for human resources operations (payroll, labor law compliance, employee records, contracts, documents, etc.);
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, job offers, and the onboarding process;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
• Organize and participate in various HR events (round tables, town halls, etc.);
• Participate in other HR department activities;
• Promote employee motivation and engagement through recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives that support their professional growth.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle (working with more than 3 different roles)
• Strong knowledge of local labor and employment laws (must have solid experience handling various Spanish labor law procedures)
• Basic knowledge of payroll

Required Hard Skills

• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish
• Microsoft Office (Excel advanced level is a must)
