At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for a Project Manager Integrations for one of the fastest-growing fintech companies. The Project Manager Integrations will act as a key bridge between Product and Technology, leading customer and product integration projects end-to-end.

Their mission will be to ensure that each integration is executed with precision, quality, and alignment with strategic business objectives.


What are the duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager?

● Lead technical integration projects with new customers and partners, ensuring on-time and on-scope deliveries.

● Lead the technical integration process with the corresponding client systems via API, sFTP, and direct input.

● Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver necessary improvements to the platform and APIs that support integrations.

● Develop and maintain standardized onboarding processes and documentation, ensuring scalability and consistency.

● Proactively identify and resolve integration challenges, collaborating with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

● Act as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and customers during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

● Monitor and improve the customer onboarding experience by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.



What skills do I need to be a good Project Manager?

● At least 2 years of experience in project management or technical integrations.

● Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

● Solid knowledge of API and SFTP data exchange.

● Proficiency in project management tools (Jira/Asana).

● Knowledge of SQL.

● Process-oriented, proactive, and highly capable of working with cross-functional teams.

● Experience in financial technology or startups is a plus.
