AI Prompt Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior AI Prompt Specialist to support our AI Assistant project.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and refine prompts for AI assistant use cases
• Analyze AI responses and improve output quality through prompt optimization
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand user needs
• Create structured prompt scenarios based on real-life business cases
• Document prompt guidelines and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Linguistics, or related fields
• 0–1 year of professional experience (new graduates are welcome)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to write clear, structured, and well-thought-out instructions
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Istanbul
