Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Day Rate: £280-300/day (INSIDE IR35)

Contract Length: 6 months

Network Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and proactively optimise all network services
• Own & support WAN and LAN technologies
• Support cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient integration
• Develop and implement automation scripts and tools
• Collaborate with service delivery team and ensure resolutions for all logged incidents and service requests, adhering to strict SLA's
• Support major incident activities, as well as problem, change, and configuration management processes.
• Adhere strictly to IT processes and procedures, especially regarding Change Control, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Network Engineer - Required Experience

• 5+ years' experience in Network Engineering roles (BAU & Projects)
• Aruba Wireless
• Solarwinds
• F5 Load Balancing
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• Scripting/Automation (Bash etc.)
• Cloud & VMware NSX (nice to have)
