Scrum Master – Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Coach and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality products.
• Manage risks, impediments, and stakeholder communications.
• Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to the methodology.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery (DoD, feature readiness, go-live preparation).

Your Profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years in Agile environments with IT background (developer, analyst, tester).
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies, data flows, automated testing, and CI tools.
• Business Knowledge: Agile expertise and KYC framework familiarity (a plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, team collaboration, and leadership abilities.
