IT Technician

Role:

We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

Your tasks are…

• Provide day to day local/remote support
• Provide support to users of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and LAN – routers, switches and access point, VPN equipment.
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system SNOW
• Laptops/Desktops staging
• Mobility devices support and managing
• Stock reports
• Direct contact with users requiring immediate support
• Visiting the management team at their offices

Location: Ljubliana (fully onsite)

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Experience on installation/configuration/troubleshooting of standard software on workstations including IMAC activity
• Experience in working with different operating systems- Windows (all versions), Mac etc.
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Excellent time management skill
• B2 German and B1/B2 English language
• Familiar with ticketing system
