The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our platforms and internal tools. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, effective, and scalable user experiences that solve complex business problems. From refining design systems to optimizing key user journeys, you'll play a key role in ensuring design excellence across our core products.

What You'll Do:

• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, prototype ideas, and deliver polished solutions.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Use research, data, and user insights to inform design decisions.
• Partner with other designers to share feedback, refine processes, and elevate design quality across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in end-to-end product design, ideally with platforms or internal tools.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and familiarity with design systems.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, elegant user experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• A thoughtful, system-oriented approach to design challenges.
