This Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Part-time, Freelance) to join our growing Marketing team. This role is based in Lithuania and is offered on a freelance contract basis, ideally 2 days per week. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Designer and wider team to create high-quality visual assets that elevate Aveni’s brand across digital channels - from social and campaign content to presentation design, website visuals, and template development.

What You’ll Do

• Design standout assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications (static designs, and simple motion/video where needed).
• Support presentation design: create clear, engaging slides, diagrams, and visuals for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain high visual standards and consistency across every deliverable, aligned to brand guidelines.
• Help update and maintain visual content across our website (WordPress), keeping pages on-brand and visually consistent.
• Prepare and optimise graphics for digital use across channels, considering accessibility and performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of Aveni’s brand by improving templates and refining existing assets.
• Organise and maintain a central asset library (templates, icons, diagrams, decks, social packs), keeping things structured and easy to reuse.
• Learn and experiment with AI tools to enhance creative workflows and improve speed/quality.

What You Bring

• Final year student or recent graduate in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• A portfolio (university or personal work) showing strong design fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong foundations in layout, typography, colour theory, and brand application.
• Comfortable building/editing Google Slides presentations and updating content via WordPress.
• Organised, adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
