We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering and commercial reporting to support key data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with clients, documenting business needs, and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, pain points, and reporting requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions to capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with data, reporting, and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
• Support enhancements in commercial reporting by validating data outputs, dashboards, and analytical insights.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and future enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data-driven projects (DDI, analytics, reporting) or related application exposure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
