Application Security Analyst

Are you passionate about application security and eager to make an impact in a global organization? We are currently recruiting for an Application Security Specialist on behalf of our client. Based Switzerland, this exciting role offers the chance to join their largest production site and a key research hub within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and manage the security and risk posture across the application portfolio.
• Support IT business partner teams in assessing and delivering secure business application solutions.
• Collaborate with security, technology, and application/platform teams to improve overall application security.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and execute projects related to the application security roadmap.
• Drive application security training initiatives to enhance security awareness and knowledge.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in application and cloud security.
• A strong understanding of architecture, security frameworks, business processes, and organizational structures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Analytical, proactive, and independent working style with strong self-organization and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 30% of the time).
