Project Manager – HRIS Implementation

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a global manufacturer, who are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS, globally.

The primary role would be to manage the HRIS implementation, but there would also be more general project management duties.

Key Tasks:

Responsible for achieving HRIS implementation across all divisions, including group functions through coordination with divisional project leads and the software provider.

Project and program management of the system implementation, including supporting on change management.

Serve as the single point of contact for HRIS project delivery team and initial point of escalation for divisions on all project related issues, coordinating activities needed for resolution.

Contribute to the program decision making forum on baseline / standard workflows, ensuring configuration issues and conflicts are resolved and communicated where required.

Post implementation responsibility for ongoing governance of HRIS processes internally in keeping with internal IT policy.

Experience Required:

- Strong track record of Project Management (certifications a bonus).

- Ideally have a good knowledge of people processes and their enablement using technology.

- Commercial awareness and understanding of how HRIS can provide value to the business.

- Familiar with maintenance of HRIS or similar databases / software development processes

- Strong experience in stakeholder management.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

- Ability and desire to travel as per business requirements.

Working: Hybrid- Cavan, Ireland

Salary: £60k- £70k + bonus
