Operations Coordinator

Your Task

• Implement, maintain, and improve QHSE management processes in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 17020:2012, and ISO 17024:2012 standards.
• Report IMS performance and improvement needs to the Branch Manager/QHSE Manager.
• Assist the QHSE Manager with documentation and coordination for ISO standards.
• Manage customer and vendor activities; liaise with clients on quality matters.
• Drive QHSE performance improvement using the latest tools and techniques.
• Control and monitor document versions to prevent the use of obsolete documents.
• Verify the effectiveness of IMS and compliance with policies, procedures, and vendor requirements.
  
  

Your Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines
• 2 to 5 years in QHSE, Quality Operations (preferably in the ISO certification field, ISO consultancy field)
• English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage. Other languages are also acceptable.
• LA (Lead Auditor) or Internal Auditor certificates in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc., are an added advantage
• Good Computer Skills
