Business Analyst Payment

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end payment flow (initiation, authorization, compensation, regulation, reconciliation).

• Collect and formalize business requirements related to payment products and services.

• Collaborate with the IT, risk, compliance, operations and external partner teams.

• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and payment incidents.

• Contribute to regulatory compliance projects (eg DSP2, SCA, PCI-DSS).

• Participate in the phases of functional tests, receipt and deployment.

Profile

• Higher education (finance, engineering, information systems or equivalent).

• Significant experience as a business analyst in the field of payments or financial services.

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).

• Rigor, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
