Mobile & Apple Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Mobility Engineer to join the global IT team and support Apple and mobile platforms across the APJ region. This role is a key part of our follow-the-sun support model, providing advanced technical expertise and ensuring a stable, high-quality digital workplace experience for enterprise users.

Job description :

• Act as the senior technical owner for Apple and mobile platforms during APJ business hours.
• Provide Level 3 support for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Apple ecosystem services.
• Manage and resolve complex incidents involving Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, including vendor escalation.
• Partner with global IT teams to ensure seamless 24×5 support coverage.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles and technical documentation.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new Apple and mobility technologies.
• Contribute to ticket resolution and continuous service improvement.

Requirements :

• Strong experience delivering L3 support for Apple Mac and mobile devices in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Deep understanding of Apple platforms and enterprise mobility management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end and implement permanent fixes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently across regions.
• Good to have experience with Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro, or emerging Apple technologies.
• Good to have scripting or automation experience (Bash, PowerShell, Swift).
