System Engineer - HPE Field Service Engineer - Istanbul

As Hemmersbach HPE Field Service Engineer, you'll deal with:

• Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware.
• Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment.
• Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites.
• Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp.
• Handle service support requests & incidents.
• Work in accordance with suppliers and customer’s rules and regulations for the purposes
• of health and safety.

Location: Istanbul area (supporting multiple customers) - Driving license and availability to travel requested

Requirements:

• 2-years professional experience in an IT support role within enterprise environment
• General understanding in supporting: Servers, Switches and Storage
• Customer service soft skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Driver's license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites
• Fluent English & C2 Turkish languages
