Project Manager

Citadele is an innovative, data-driven bank with a strong focus on digital solutions. The Citadele Group is seeking a motivated and self-driven Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of large-scale, business-critical projects that support key business functions across the Baltic region.

GET READY TO:

• Deliver simultaneous complex cross-functional and cross-border projects
• Lead multi-functional project teams, including external partners
• Manage project risks, scope, quality and schedule, lead problem analysis and solution development
• Handle multiple projects at the same time, ensuring deadlines are met
• Develop and drive best project management practices across the organization leading by example

YOUR PROFILE:

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a progression in responsibility (preferably experience in Financial sector)
• Experience leading complex projects within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Ability to identify/agree the immediate priorities; right sense of urgency
• Ability to adjust communication style and manage stakeholders' expectations
• Ability to understand business processes and drive requirements analysis to clearly defined outputs
• Ability to interpret data and develop implementable solutions to cross-functional project challenges
• Hands on proven experience with both Waterfall and Agile (relevant project Management certificate considered as advantage)
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills
