Data Product Manager

We’re looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of data products that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, success metrics, and a roadmap for data products
• Set quarterly OKRs aligned to revenue, cost optimization, and risk reduction
• Lead discovery through user interviews, process mapping, and competitive analysis
• Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with data engineering on data models, schemas, and batch/streaming pipelines
• Own data governance, quality SLAs, lineage, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
• Prioritize backlog and run agile rituals with engineering and analytics teams
• Collaborate with platform teams on reliability, performance, and cost controls
• Lead UAT, launches, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption, CSAT, latency, SLA adherence, and cost per query
• Build feedback loops and continuously improve data products
• Evangelize data products through playbooks, templates, and training
