Your tasks

• Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Provides reports and analysis to ensure high data quality and compliant processes
• Maintains and updates Borealis People &Culture data visualisation solutions showing statistics, KPIs and SLAs, including troubleshooting and user management as also being the point of contact in case of any questions, technical or content issues
• Supports legal reporting towards e.g Borealis owners, in the frame of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), the Annual Report, etc
• Co-creates questionnaires and surveys, ensures their set up and administration and finally gains actionable insights based on the results
• Supports in the administration of core Borealis People &Culture processes like Strategic Workforce Planning or Manpower Planning in providing workforce analytics, but also maintaining outcomes in the relevant IT application
• Tests new functionalities, workflows, templates, automations etc. of enhancements or in projects
• Development: Develop interactive and visually appealing data visualizations and reports using Power BI/SQL/SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud
  
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT / Economical Informatics / Cybernetics
• Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
• Very good English language skills
• Very proactive person
• Proven experience with PowerBI meaning the Power Platform, data visualization, SQL, and dashboard design
• Relevant certifications in PowerBI or data analytics will be a plus
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Certified to work with survey tool like Qualtrics
• Advanced Knowledge of data security and governance principles
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC)
• Advanced Knowledge of data analytics and statistical analysis.
• Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook).
• Solid understanding of key functional areas related to IT processes.
• Understands and applies processes, roles and responsibilities for own area of activity.
• Ensure compliance of the information according to the regulatory and security policies in place
