Insurance Product & Development Manager

We’re looking for an Insurance Product & Development Manager to manage leasing insurance products and ensure smooth operations. You’ll oversee processes, drive product development, and manage the full life cycle of insurance offerings for leasing customers in Lithuania. Working with Baltic colleagues and external partners, you’ll deliver customer‑centric insurance solutions.

GET READY TO:

• Support the end-to-end development of leasing insurance products, including product design, pricing, channel strategy, messaging, and training for successful launches
• Improve insurance product performance and ensure competitiveness through analysis and market monitoring
• Collaborate with partners and internal units
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality across all product processes
• Manage daily operations, provide reporting, and support international projects
• Resolve customer issues and deliver tailored solutions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance or leasing/financial services; Experience in product development, underwriting, or partnerships will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create clear, actionable reports
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Customer‑centric problem solving and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and verbal)
