Content Officer Internship

The Paris Blockchain Week Summit content team is growing, and we are looking for two Content & Speaker Officer Interns to join our team – one starting in January and another in February!

Reporting to our Head of Content, this internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international, and entrepreneurial environment.

About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in drafting and structuring the conference program.
• Participate in the selection and support of speakers (including C-level and senior profiles) from outreach to preparation of their sessions.
• Provide backstage support to speakers during the event and ensure smooth delivery of panels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional materials related to speakers.
• Collaborate with the sales team regarding sponsored speaking slots.
• Assist with logistics and orchestration of the agenda on event days.
• Contribute to the editorial conception of the events (Paris Blockchain Week in April & Raise Summit in July).
• Research and analyze key trends and issues in blockchain, Web3, AI, and digital assets.

Key attributes:

• Native or full professional fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
• Currently studying in event management, communications, or a related field - previous internship in the event industry.
• Strong organizational and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently interact with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently and with focus in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit and a willingness to take initiative.
• Passion for content creation and ability to bring creative ideas to the table.

Bonus:

• Interest in Web3, blockchain, crypto, and/or AI.
