What You'll Do

🎯 Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend services and APIs powering TapTalent's AI recruitment engine.

🛠️ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack (React.js + Bootstrap + MySQL)

🔗Good understanding of UI/UX concepts to design responsive web interfaces

🔍 Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance

📊 Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

🚀 Troubleshoot system issues, improve performance, and optimize database queries.

🔗 Help maintain database architecture and data integrity

🤝 Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

What We're Looking For

✅ A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

✅ Proficiency in programming languages such as React.js, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and database as SQL

✅ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services

✅ Understanding of AWS and AI/LLM

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
