🚨Calling all Network Operations Centre Engineers working remotely in Poland🚨



I am currently looking for a 2x Network Operations Centre Engineers to join the world's leading vendor working remotely in Poland, on a 6 month extendable contract.



Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve major customer issues
  • Leading incident management and driving proactive improvements
  • Providing remote support for large, complex architectures
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers
  • Participating in on-call shifts for critical support



Required Skills:

  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration technologies (CUCM, UCCX, CUC, and more)
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and crisis management skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • CCIE Voice/Collaboration and ITIL certifications are a plus!
