We are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Team in the Netherlands (Amsterdam region). This role is critical in providing high-quality technical support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for our partners and end users across the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, online platforms, and on-site when required
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Fox ESS products
• Work closely with internal technical, service, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support materials for the Dutch market
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem-solving
• Collect and report common issues, market feedback, and product improvement suggestions to the Product and R&D teams

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch; good command of English is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field
• Willingness to travel locally within the Netherlands; valid driving license required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with solar, inverter, or energy storage systems is highly preferred
