Job Title: Technical Engineer - Software Development

Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically skilled, client-oriented engineer to act as the primary technical point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will represent our software development and AI capabilities in meetings, understand client requirements, and collaborate with our development team to deliver tailored AI and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings, calls, and demos to provide technical guidance on software and AI solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Support lead generation by providing technical input during sales discussions.
• Assist with technical problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development and AI engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Client-facing experience or willingness to attend customer meetings.
• Experience with AI solutions, including chatbots, LLMs, prediction models, or automation tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and cloud technologies.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Software & Tools:

• Project/Task Management: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com
• Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Diagramming: Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma (basic UI/flow mapping)

Technical Understanding:

• APIs (REST/GraphQL): basic integration understanding
• Databases: SQL basics, ability to read simple queries
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (basic understanding)
• AI/ML Concepts: LLMs, chatbots, prediction models, automation tools
• SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) is a plus
