Mid Fullstack Developer (Backoffice) — B2B Contractor

We’re building Pay.com — a payments product used in real-world transactional flows.

In Poland, we work in two product teams: Backoffice and Dashboard.

We’re currently expanding the Backoffice team and looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer (B2B Contractor) who feels comfortable working across the stack.

What you’ll be working on

Developing and maintaining the Backoffice system supporting core payment operations
Building and evolving APIs and business logic (Node.js, GraphQL)
Creating and improving user interfaces in React
Working with relational databases (Postgres) and basic NoSQL solutions
Collaborating closely with product, dashboard, and infrastructure teams
Working in a microservices architecture using Docker
Taking ownership of features — from concept to production

What we expect

Commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer (mid-level)
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
Hands-on experience with React
Good command of SQL (Postgres)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently
Responsibility for code quality and production stability

Nice to have

Experience in fintech / payments
Exposure to high-availability or transaction-heavy systems
Experience working with growing, complex products
