For our global client, we are looking for a customer-oriented and technically strong Technical Support Engineer who will work closely with sales and technical teams.
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support
- Understand customer needs, answer technical questions, and propose suitable technical solution options
- Prepare technical content for industry solutions, including solution proposals, technical articles, and training materials
- Support the R&D team by participating in on-site tests and cooperating with Carrier certification tests
- Deliver technical training on products and solutions to customers
🔍 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Communications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields
- Familiarity with computer networks and network communication protocols
- CCNA or higher-level certification is a strong plus
- Knowledge of network architecture, topology, and hardware, especially Ethernet routers and switches
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
