Based in our Shared Services Centre in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as an Accounts Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for the Accounts Payable function for accounts under the care of Shared Services Centre. The primary responsibilities include the entry and payment of vendors’ invoices, and preparation of month end reports.

The Role:

• To perform the AP functions of one or more entities by validating and entering all invoices into the accounting system.
• Ensure timeliness of payment to vendors in accordance to the agreed payment terms.
• Assist on the preparation of month end reports and audit schedules.
• Attend to internal and external audit queries.
• To relieve or extend assistance to other colleagues in their absence, and to undertake any other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP accounting system will be an advantage.
• Proactive and independent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy with an eye for details.
