Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for Data Analysts with strong analytical and reporting skills for our internal analytics as well as roles with employers in our network (tech, finance, SaaS, operations). This is an internal position with Next Match AI, and we are currently hiring for our Toronto-based team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Work with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs
• Clean, transform, and validate data
• Present findings in a clear, business-friendly way

Requirements

• 1–5+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst
• Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and at least one of: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Comfortable with large datasets and basic statistics
• Strong communication skills – can turn data into stories
• Based in Canada
