Role Title: Full Stack Python Developer (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Python Developer to join an on-site engineering team building modern HR-tech web applications. You will own feature delivery end-to-end — from API design and backend services to responsive React-based UI — and work closely with product and QA to ship production-grade releases.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django/Flask) for high-availability web applications.
• Build and enhance responsive front-end components using React, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Integrate relational data stores and write efficient SQL queries; design schemas and optimise queries for performance.
• Own feature delivery: write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and QA to deploy releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyse logs, and implement fixes to improve reliability and performance.
• Contribute to engineering best practices: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), documentation, and deployment workflows.
