CabinAir aims to improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of drivers and passengers, by producing industry-leading in-cabin air purification solutions for cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles.

We are looking for a HR Generalist to be part of our journey when we expand our company.

As HR generalist you are expected to act as the main point of contact within HR for both employees and managers, contributing to strengthening the CabinAir’s competitiveness and market position.

Overall responsibilities:

• Oversee core HR operations including data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, payroll coordination, and general HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support employee well-being.
• Provide guidance on labor law compliance and support legal-related HR matters.
• Foster a positive and safe workplace environment.
• Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning through workforce analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Advise and support managers on a wide range of employee relations and personnel matters.

Key Competencies & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with proven HR knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and technical abilities, including data handling and calculations.
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.

CabinAir’s technology is already trusted on the road, serving as a key component in Volvo Cars’ and Polestar’s Advanced Air Cleaner systems, and delivered as a complete solution in Lucid Gravity’s Active Cabin Filtration. Additionally, we have ongoing projects with other premium vehicle manufacturers across markets. In parallel, we are launching our technology for cars already on the road.
