About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst to support our vibrant team of approximately 40 professionals. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer-centric initiatives by analyzing performance, customer movements, and value drivers, ensuring we make data-driven decisions that benefit our diverse customer base.


Your Mission:

You will empower our CVM (Customer Value Management) department by providing insightful analytics on commercial actions, customer behaviors, and data utilization. Your work will challenge and inspire internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve performance through reliable, innovative analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Maintain Dashboards: Develop and update performance dashboards for campaigns focused on retention, cross-sell, upsell, and more.
  • Deep Dive Analyses: Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performance and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data Experts: Work closely with CMS, BI, and IT teams to ensure high-quality data targeting, reporting, and data flow.
  • Customer Movement & Value Expertise: Monitor and analyze customer movements and value dynamics using corporate dashboards and advanced analytics.
  • Leverage Predictive Models: Partner with data science teams to optimize predictive models and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for data and analytics stakeholders across departments, fostering a collaborative environment.


Your profile:

  • University degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Economics, Marketing,... or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer analytics, marketing data analysis, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, communicate findings clearly, and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools like Power BI and SQL.
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as profitability analysis and budgeting is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
