An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our world class delivery team, operating as part of the Northern Europe. The role is based in Sweden, where customers are primarily from Scandinavia in the Food and Beverage sector requiring automation solutions.


As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex automation and digital transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable growth.


Key Competencies:


  • Lead end-to-end automation programs with multiple sub-projects, serving as the primary customer interface and building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Manage P&L accountability, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and maximizing profitability.
  • Deliver automation solutions that meet technical and business requirements, paving the way for future engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams (engineering, production, testing, procurement, quality) to execute complex initiatives efficiently.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and risk assessments, providing proactive updates to stakeholders and leadership.


In order to be considered, you must have:


  • 6+ years managing medium to large-scale projects, including programs with sub-projects and multi-year timelines.
  • Proven experience managing multiple medium to large-scale, complex projects in automation or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including P&L oversight and revenue recognition processes.
  • Experience working with global teams across different cultures and processes.
  • Technical degree (Engineering or related field).
  • Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
