Mobile Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (mobile) to lead a cross-functional Mobile & Full-Stack team, building innovative mobile solutions that deliver real customer value.

Your Mission:

• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Backend, Frontend, Android, and iOS engineers 👩 💻👨 💻
• Define and implement technical strategies that enable scalable, maintainable mobile products ⚙️
• Ensure predictable delivery, high quality, and stable processes 🏆
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive results 🤝

Your Profile:

• Proven experience managing Mobile or Full-Stack engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS development ecosystems 📲
• Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, and a coaching approach
• Passion for building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement 🌱
